The Demtroys™ System is very versatile. Whether you have electrical, hot water, fuel, or natural gas heating, Demtroys has the technology to adapt to any heating system.

The Demtroys™ System can be installed in an existing building. It works with the majority of thermostat generations and can be installed with electrical or hot water heating systems.

To optimize comfort and the energy efficiency program, the Demtroys™ System can be configured based on different building zones based on cardinal point, floors level, time-of-use… All centrally managed from main control panel.

Northern buildings have the heating capacity to resist our extremely cold winters. This heating capacity is maintained year round, even though we only experience about 10 days of severe cold per year.

In other words, your building has a heating overcapacity for most of the year, as it is set to accommodate colder temperatures most of the time.

By measuring the temperature outside of the building, the Demtroys™ System’s modulation algorithm adjusts the amount of energy required for comfort in real time. Energy losses are therefore limited.

The colder it is, the higher the heating capacity will be, and the reverse occurs when the outside temperature increases.

Thus, residents can manage their comfort without generating the excess heating costs linked to overheating and waste heat.

In some cases, savings may represent up to 40% of heating costs!

PEAK DEMAND MANAGEMENT

Demtroys manages your heating system’s capacity and automatically handles the power demand (peak) for heating units.

With electrical heating, the Demtroys system has a load-shedding algorithm, based on the rate applied, that reduces demand during heating periods. This way you can coordinate the activation of electrical baseboards throughout the building.

Thus, your building requires less energy (kW), and impressive savings are generated!
